The family/client and carer agree the care arrangement directly. Ivy Palmer does not provide or manage the care.

Ivy Palmer is separate from a CQC-regulated and managed care service. Ivy Palmer does not provide, supervise or manage care. We introduce families and self-employed carers so both parties can consider whether the arrangement is suitable.
This model may suit families who want more direct control over the choice of carer and the ongoing arrangement. It may not be suitable where a person needs a fully managed or regulated care package.
